What the Basics Module gives you:
The Basics module is unlockable at your own pace of learning & integration. We recommend “trusting the longer journey” & taking at least a week to play with each video, as these 24 practices were designed to be experienced over 6 months. However, your rate of integration might be quicker or slower than that so when you complete each video, the next is unlocked.
Once unlocked they remain available to you to revisit for as long as you choose to engage.
These practices are progressive. Each of the 6 Levels of Basics has 3 Rounds. These three 20-30 minute progressive practices then culminate in a full hour practice before moving to the next level. The first 3 Levels are a slower, more spacious, build. Levels 4,5 & 6 are more packed & assume you’ve integrated the prior Levels of foundation building.
